Other pages will soon be available! | How to get to the Museum
The Museum is near Bradworthy (Holsworthy, North Devon/Cornwall border) at Higher Alsworthy Farm - the Grid reference is SS293116. For Sat Nav users the postcode is EX22 7RW - you can click through to Google Maps for location and directions - entering the postcode is close but the Museum is on the opposite side of the road and just up the hill from Upper Tamar Lake and watersports. Other directions - From either north or south, turn off the A39 at Kilkhampton onto the B3254 signposted Tamar Lakes. After approximately 0.75 km the road bears right but you need to bear left taking the minor road, again signedposted Tamar Lakes. Follow this little road for approximately 3 km, passing through Forda and on to Thurdon. At Thurdon there is a T junction to the left (opposide white cottage). Turn to the left at this junction. After about 0.8 km you will pass the left signposted entrance to Upper Tamar Lake* - follow the road over a small hump-backed bridge and uphill. After 0.3 km, the entrance to Bradworthy Transport Museum will be on your right - just pull in through the entrance and please park in our free car park.
